aptain Gordon, originally from California has transplanted himself here in New York by way of a ten thousand nautical mile sailing adventure that began in San Francisco, California in 1996. He has been working professionally as a U.S.C.G. Licensed Captain/Merchant Marine Officer since 1989 and while here in New York, has taken up the authority of a registered Ordained Clergy by popular demand from his charter clients. Keeping within the maritime tradition, Captain Gordon will perform a beautiful wedding ceremony inspired by the sea or as the couple would prefer, to officiate your joyous occasion. If a nautical theme is not what you are looking for and would like something more of a Traditional Civil Ceremony, he would be happy to accommodate you and would dress appropriatly for such an occasion.
Capt.Gordon offers an atmosphere of professionalism, relaxation and comfort with an upbeat personality to see you through your special day. He doesn't bring a religious tone into the ceremony always keeping an open mind but would be happy to add a tone of spirituality or include anything from your tradition if so desired.
